Laboratory Glassware Cleaner
The laboratory glassware cleaners are designed as built-in under sink or as free standing models with stainless steel cover. Inner chamber and spraying arms are made out of ANSI 316L / DIN 14404. Water softener, steam condenser and RS232 interface are included in the standard equipment. State of the art draining pump ensures that no residues will remain in the chamber.

Pipette Washers
The optimized cleaning effect of Hoelzel Pipette Washers results from a special cleaning procedure.

- Before the actual washing process starts, glass pipettes that have to be cleaned are heated or boiled inside of an alkaline lye with purified water.
- The main cleaning procedure is followed by a special process to remove purifying agents and all remaining particles sticking to the pipettes.
- After the completion of all washing processes the water is pumped out automatically followed by thermal pipette drying.

The LaboPur Serie: Product of a close cooperation between Renggli and Amstutz.

The two companies Renggli AG and Amstuzt Produkte AG are for many years very successful enterprises with extensive experience. While Renggli AG is specialized for equipment of laboratories, Amstutz Produkte AG possesses a very broad know-how within all ranges of the cleaning technology. In order to develop a comprehensive program for laboratory cleaners, the two specialists joined
there forces together.
In the research lab of the Amstutz Produkte AG a series of cleaners for laboratory washing machines was developed, which reaches from the mild universal cleaner up to highly active special products. Starting point thereby are the special needs of the customers, who are very different from laboratory to laboratory.
The requirement pallet reaches from the routine disinfection of medical instruments up to the loosening of most persistent deposits on glassware. Depending upon field of activity of the laboratory, like micro-biological test, waste water analyses or clinical investigations, are certain requirements absolutely to be fulfilled. Purposeful active substances are used.
The aim of the LaboPur series is to be able to offer for each problem the right cleaning solution.

Chillers and Unichillers

Minichiller and Unichiller are intelligent chillers which are used mainly as an environmentally friendly and economic alternative to tap water for process cooling. Low temperatures increase efficiency and recovery rates in gas condensation processes. In contrast to tap water a desired set point can be selected between – 10/-20°C to 40°C and controlled with a temperature stability of +/- 0.5°C. The product range includes 27 air cooled and 26 water cooled models, with cooling powers from 0.3 kW to 50 kW.

We provide innovative solutions for all of your water purification needs.
Demineralised Water
ReDest Mixed-bed Ion Exchangers stainless steel. Provides fully demineralised water with a very low conductivity >0.1 µS/cm. The pure taking out water takes place via direct connection to one or more consumption places. ReDest cartridges are the economical solution for requirements up to 100 Litre/day. If the requirement is above this value, then we recommend a Reverse Osmosis system
which as well reduces the production costs. All ReDest cartridges are fitted with a Fast-Clutch system for easy changing.

The Ultra Clear systems are designed for maximizing space saving in under bench installations. Reverse Osmosis Systems
The Ultra Clear™ RO Series System produces high quality water with very low energy consumption. The use of “low energy” membranes provide very efficient and economical operation. High quality material standards guarantee long service life. The Ultra Clear™ RO Series System uses the newest pump technology, which runs without the traditional e-motor, and operates nearly noiseless (systems 20 – 100). Due to an integrated automatic membrane rinse cicle, in many cases, the systems can operate on untreated city water.
Recovery rates up to 75% are possible with optional water softening. Product water recovery is set to an astounding 50% from the factory, therefore, Ultra Clear™ RO Series Systems also conserve water.

Laminar-Flow Workbenches
BDK laminar flow work benches of the series HF, TVF and KVF are designed exclusively for product protection applications. The housing is available in either melamine resin-coated particle board (standard) or in sheet steel versions (painted). Stainless steel housings are also available.
The working area of these types is limited to both side end walls by panes of Plexiglas, which can be pulled out to the front, thus giving the possibility that several units can be attached side by side to get a clean room line.

BDK SK series are available in 4 different sizes. These units confirm to Class 2 requirements as defined in DIN EN 12469 and are tested by TÜV Rheinland. The housing is made of powder-coated sheet steel (RAL 9002). The table top and the collecting pan are made of polished stainless steel. To the front the working area is limited by a pane of composite safety glass, which is beveled to the rear, electrically operated and infinitely adjustable in height. The pane can be fully closed when the fan is off. With according to build-laterally existing conditions (cooling water net) the devices can be equipped additionally with cooling in the exhaust air, whereby the self-warmth of the work bench can be neutralized.
