Benefit from our services:

  Installations

We deliver your ordered equipment to the desired location and install it. Ideally, this always happens with third parties present if interfaces exist. After installation and test run, handover occurs and instructions are given to the user. More extensive training courses are available upon request.

  Repairs (including third-party products)

The equipment supplied by Renggli AG is repairable by our specialists. Similar type third-party products can also be repaired if spare parts can be sourced.

  Maintenance

We will create a maintenance plan with your desired maintenance intervals for your devices. Our maintenance vignette with the associated maintenance records provide information about the maintenance status of each device. We also maintain third-party equipment if we have access to spare parts.

  Qualifications / Calibration

Device qualifications such as IQ /OQ/PQ as well as general measurements of complex components are core competences of our service team. With annually calibrated measuring instruments we create standard qualifications and measurements or measurements according to your requirements.

  Maintenance Contracts

With a maintenance contract you extend the life of your investments and minimise annoying downtime due to failure or breakdown. Individually tailored to your needs, your devices are maintained at the desired intervals for their functionality and operational readiness. These checks are documented and recorded in a maintenance log per device so you can keep an accurate history of your equipment.

  Extended warranties

A warranty extension makes maintenance even more plannable. With this contract, you extend the warranty period of your device beyond the usual cover period avoiding any possible surprises in the case of a machine defect. We offer warranty extensions including labor and/or spare parts. The basis for this is a completed maintenance contract.

  Staff Training / Customer Training

Training can be carried out at the customer's workplace or at Renggli AG. The training material usually depends on the needs of the customer. Let us know your needs and we will gladly make you an offer.

  On-call Service

On-call services are available on request, subject to your maintenance contract.

  Replacement Units

We also offer replacement units. However, the replacement fleet varies, which is why it is recommened to check in advance whether the desired machine is available.

  Device modification

On request we will convert your device. Do not hesitate to ask without obligation.

A smooth performance of our laboratories is important to us. Therefore our system approaches contain an extensive service package for current maintenance. Our own maintenance and service crews ascertain perfect performance of the installations and equipment. Besides we have our own repair workshops and a large spare parts depot.
