Drying / Incubation.
Drying Cabinets
Drying cabinets are used for all drying or sterilisation tasks; for example, for curing, tempering, heating and for long-term hot storage. To obtain the best drying results, a homogeneous temperature distribution is of great importance. A drying cabinet must be geared to a variety of tasks and be easily integrated into the respective test processes. Our units meet all required specifications and can be customised from a wide range with forced air circulation or convection.
Vacuum Drying Ovens
The vacuum drying oven models enable effective and gentle drying without endangering the drying materials. With their proven technical features, they address the strict requirements of industrial and scientific laboratories in an outstaning manner. Depending on the individual use, specimens, samples and the like can be dried with inflammable and non-flammable solvents. Separately controllable and directly heated thermal shelves ensure precise temperature control and thanks to digital pressure control, goods in our powerful and robust vacuum drying oven is not only quick-drying, but also extremely gentle.
Incubators
An incubator is a device that is used to create and maintain controlled humidity and temperature conditions for biological applications for various development and growth processes. For other applications, such as the cultivation of cells, we offer various CO2 incubators.
Heating Cabinets
Wherever warm towels are needed, our heating cabinets are used. Be it in retirement homes, the emmergency, delivery or the recovery room. Warming cabinets are available from 100 litre volume to more than 700 litre volume with temperatures up to 80°C.
Climate Chambers
BINDER climate chambers offer flexibility and reliability for both small and complex testing laboratories. Whether you are performing photostability testing or shelf-life studies or want to conduct accelerated aging in combination with elevated temperature and humidity, BINDER has the perfect tool for you. High quality, flexibility and individual approach are the core values of BINDER. Therefore, products can be tailored to suit your daily requirements.
BINDER constant climate chambers are fully compliant with ICH guidelines and offer the best solution for stability testing of active pharmaceutical ingredients at 40 °C and 75% RH as well as for numerous other applications.
Series KBF P and KBF LQC climate chambers also offer ICH-compliant illumination for standard-compliant long-term tests. In combination with the innovative Light Quantum Control (LQC), they offer a reliable all-in-one solution for photostability testing in a single chamber.
Wide temperature and humidity ranges can be realized with Series KMF chambers – ideal for complex stress tests at 85 °C and 85% RH, for example.
Material Test Chambers
Designed to simulate toughest temperature and climate conditions BINDER offers four powerful dynamic test chamber series.
The standard-compliant rapid alternation speeds of around 5 K/min make it possible to standardize the testing process, regardless of what kind of material is being tested. An environmental simulation chamber of the MK and MKT Series is suitable for complex temperature profiles in the range of -40 °C or -70 °C to 180 °C.
MKF and MKFT Series of dynamic climate chambers not only make material testing in this temperature range possible, but can also regulate humidity in the range of 10 % to 98 % RH.
The precise dynamic climate chambers by BINDER are used in many fields and applications e.g. to verify sensors, to simulate transportation conditions and in battery testing. A comprehensive range of options, accessories and packages for hazard levels adapt each chamber perfectly to your test protocol.
